- 1/2 cup (120 grams) cold heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (113 grams) cold applesauce, unsweetened preferred
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cold large egg
- For brown butter-maple drizzle:
- 2 tablespoons Kerrygold unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup (35 grams) powdered sugar
- 2 to 3 tablespoons maple syrup
