  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. groundnut oil or peanut oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 ½ tsp. paprika
  • 2 dessert spoons of quark cheese
  • 4 handfuls of mature cheddar
  • 250 g of small deep red tomatoes cut in half
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil for cooking
