- 3 medium tomatoes, cored, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
- FOR THE AVOCADO CREMA
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 avocados, halved, pitted, and peeled
- 6 hamburger buns
