- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest plus 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Pita, lettuce, dill pickles, pepperoncini, hot sauce or zhoug and sliced cucumbers, radishes and tomatoes, for serving
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 clove garlic, grated
