- * 16 - 20 sheet of filo pastry
- * olive oil oil or spray oil
- * 1 egg, lightly beaten

- * 1/3 cup tahini
- * 5 clove garlic
- * 1 tbsp lemon juice
- * 1 tbsp fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
