- 1 Kg Mutton (or chicken/lamb)

- 2 tbsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Cup Golden fried Sliced Onions
- 3 Green Chillies
- Lemon Juice
- 1 Bunch Mint
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves
- 5 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Pinch Saffron
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 2 Boiled Eggs (for decoration)
- 50 gm Cashewnut (Optional)
- Salt to taste
