- 8-10 no. peppercorn
- 4-5 no. cloves
- 1-2 no. bay leaves
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil or ghee
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2-3 tbsp shaken buttermilk
