Ingredients
- * 2 tablespoon of gochujang marinade
- * juice of 1 lemon marinade
- * 2 teaspoon of soy sauce marinade
- * 4 tablespoon of water or enough that the marinade cover all of your
- meat marinade
- * 2 lb of pork shoulder, bone in
- * 12 dried anchovy with intestine removed (my suggestion i to find
- in korean supermarket) -broth
- * 2 5”x6” piece of dried kelp (my suggestion i to find in korean
- supermarket) -broth
- * 2-3 large dried shiitake mushroom or 5-6 smaller one broth
- * 10 cup of water broth
- * 1 1/2 tablespoon of gochujang or red pepper paste (find in asian
- supermarket) -seasoning paste
- * 2 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper flake (find in asian supermarket) -
- seasoning paste
- * 8-10 clove of minced garlic -seasoning paste
- * 2 teaspoon of soy sauce -seasoning paste
- * 2 tablespoon of water - seasoning paste
- * 3 teaspoon of salt stew
- * 3 teaspoon of dried chicken stock seasoning stew
- * 3-4 stalk of green onion
- * 1 1/2 cup of chopped kimchi stew
- * 8 coriander stem,
- * 1 pack of tofu (i used the semi firm 1)

- * 2 cup of freshly cut cabbage stew
