- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 tsp. fiori di Sicilia extract
- The grated zest of 1 lemon or orange
- 1½ cups plus 1 Tbsp. (200 g) cake flour
- 1⁄2 tsp. fine sea salt
