  • 1 Red onion Pureed (approx 125g)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder adjust to taste
  • 1 large Tomato Pureed (approx 200g)
  • 1 tablespoon kasoori methi
  • salt half a teaspoon
  • garam masala half a teaspoon
  • fresh coriander
