- 5 hard boiled eggs
- 3 large onions, sliced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 large tomato finely chopped, or ¼ can diced tomatoes
- 2 cardomom pods
- 3 cloves
- ¼ tsp fennel seeds
- 1” cinnamon stick
- 1 small bay leaf
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- 4 tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 4 tbsp coconut cream or coconut milk
- 1 sprig of curry leaves
- Water
- 3-4 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
