- 2 pieces Cinnamon (dalchini)
- 4-5 Cloves (laung)
- 7-8 Peppercorns (kalimirchi)
- 4-5 green Cardamoms (choti elaichi)
- 10-12 Green chilles
- 1 bunch Coriander leaves (Hara dhaniya)
- 1 bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1/2 cup hot water
