- 2 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 3 large carrots, chopped
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 1/2 Tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground caraway
- 1 1/2 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 small dried hot red pepper (or 1 tsp hot pepper flakes)
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
