- 1 bunch fresh parsley, leaves roughly chopped, about 3/4 cup
- 1 bunch fresh mint, leaves roughly chopped, about 3/4 cup

- Pinch kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
