- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, diced
- 1 can (DR WT 6 oz.) slice black olives
- 1 tub (8 oz.) mozzarella pearls
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup hand torn or julienned basil
- 1 cup shaved parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 bottle (16 oz.) Italian salad dressing (I use Newman's Own Family Recipe Italian), divided
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 tsp. green food coloring
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pure mint extract
- 8 ounces (or so) soft chocolate cookie (I use Pepperidge Farms Chocolate Brownie Soft Dessert Cookies)
- 1/2 cup or more chocolate shavings *
- 8 bacon stips
- 1 baguette or French bread
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. back pepper

- 1 tbsp. flour or more as needed
- 1 tbsp. cornmeal
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped shallot
- 1/8 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 5 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup dice tomato
- 8 oz. lobster meat, patted dry
