- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄4 cups whipping cream
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 cup strawberry jam, warmed
- 250 g strawberries, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
