- 2 tsp. ground white pepper
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. ginger purée
- 3 to 4 drops vetiver essential oil (optional)
- 1 tsp. rose water (optional)
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1⁄2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 tsp. ground mace
- 3 or 4 silver foil leaves (optional)
- Chopped pistachios or sliced almonds for garnish
