- ¾ cup vanilla fat-free Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup fresh or frozen sweet cherries, coarsely chopped (if frozen, do not thaw)
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar (see Tips)
