- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups (about 3 small) Yukon gold potatoes , quartered then cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 1 avocado
