Ingredients
  • Green Chillies chopped 10 nos
  • 6Delicious Kaleji curry is ready.
  • Fresh Coriander leaves 3 for garnish
  • Garlic crushed 1 medium pod
  • Ginger crushed 2 inch long piece
  • 4Now add 2 glass water and cook on medium flame till Kaleji is tender and little gravy remain.
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onion chopped 3 nos
  • 1Fry onion in oil
  • 7Serve with Naan/Roti
  • Spices: Salt to taste, Red Chilli powder to taste,
  • Tomatoes chopped 3 nos
  • Yoghurt 1/2 cup
  • 5Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  • 2Then add Kaleji (Liver) , ginger, garlic, tomatoes, yoghurt, green chillies and spices.
  • 3Fry for 5-10 minutes.
  • Kalegi (Beef/Mutton), cubes, 1 kg
