- 1 - 32 oz of reduced-sodium tomato juice
- 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 1 - 14 oz. can black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 Tbs. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne or to taste
- 1/2 cup each fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped
