- 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
- 3 cloves garlic; 1 minced, 2 sliced
- 3 ounces provolone cheese, shredded (about 3/4 cup)
- 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
- 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded (about 1 1/2 cups)
- All purpose flour, for dusting
- Cornmeal, for dusting
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
