- 0.75 Cup paneer (cottagte cheese), cut into 1/2" cubes
- 0.25 Cup tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
- 0.5 tsp chilli powder
- 0.25 tsp garam masala
- 0.25 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
- 0.25 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
- 1 tbsp fresh cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- 10 piece of almonds (badam)
- 2 piece of whole dry kashmiri red chillies
- 0.25 Cup roughly chopped onions
- 12mm piece ginger
- 0.5 tsp roughly chopped garlic (lehsun)
- 0.5 tbsp ginger (adrak) julliennes
- 0.5 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
