- * 1 cup mushroom, sliced
- * 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
- * 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- for the sauce:
- * 2 tablespoon gochujang (chili paste)
- * 1 tablespoon water
- * 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- * 1 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- * 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
- raw vegetable:
- * 1/4 cup matchstick sized carrot
- * 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- * 1 chili pepper, sliced (optional)
