- 4 shallots, peeled andchopped
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne, to taste
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder, to taste
- 1⁄2 cup carrot juice
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1 cup natural chunky peanut butter
