- 500 gm ladies finger (bhindi)
- 2 teaspoon chopped ginger (adrak)
- 0.75 Cup chopped tomatoes
- 0.25 cup fresh thick curds (dahi)
- 0.25 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
- 0.75 teaspoon chilli powder
- 2 teaspoon coriander (dhania) powder
- 4 tablespoon oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon fennel seeds (saunf)
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
- 0.5 teaspoon nigella seeds (kalonji)
- 0.25 teaspoon fenugreek (methi) seeds
- A pinch of hing
